Vincent D. Blair is the Lead Pastor of Kingdom Life Global Ministries. Called into ministry nearly twenty years ago, using the many lessons throughout his journey, he leads conversations in the church in regarding kingdom leadership development, marketplace operations, and investment management.
Vincent’s subjects of passion include: developing kingdom leaders, the intersection of faith, various investments, and fund management to expand the Kingdom of God. Through speaking, writing and advisory, Vincent uses his analytical skills to take complex subjects and translate them into practical revelation which helps people develop from a solid biblically-based foundation. His hobbies include film music composition and playing various instruments.
What fuels his desire to serve others is his dynamic wife and three growing children.
A. Margot Blair is a leadership development consultant, Executive Pastor, and trainer at the intersection of faith and business. As a Leadership Development Consultant, A. Margot Blair uses her decade of experience to develop marketplace, corporate and ministry leaders. She specializes in personal & organizational leadership, strategic partnerships, event management, entrepreneurship, instructional design & implementation, and nonprofit development. She has worked in multiple industries including management, mental health and prevention, event production, education and nonprofits. She is also known as Wife to Vincent, and Mama to Esaisa, Alyvia, and Luke.
A. Margot has studied the psychology behind leadership and collaboration, holds a Master’s degree in Theology with an emphasis in Youth and Family Ministry, and is a candidate for her Doctor of Ministry in Organizational Leadership. She has worked with clients including Comerica Bank, Grand Canyon University's Honors College and employees of LinkedIn, Dallas Mavericks, ADP, Toyota, Prudential, and more. A. Margot Blair is a former Forbes Business Coach and contributor.
Larry Winchester
Board Director
Larry Winchester is the Founder of Grace Ministries/House of Prayer. Originally coming from the business management world, Larry transitioned into full time ministry. Larry has been a pillar in the faith community for more than 40 years of experience.
He has led multicultural congregations, developed curriculum for Spirit-led counseling for the Home of Hope which is a women’s rehabilitation center, and has conducted hundreds of successful counseling sessions. He continues to equip ministry leaders by providing five-fold ministry leadership training and oversight for numerous ministries.
Larry is the author of the book, “Set the Captive Free”, An in-depth guide to experiencing freedom in Christ. He provides spiritual guidance, prayer covering and a wealth of experience to KLGM.
